I ordered two, both are broken.
I was very skeptical about purchasing this product and I am very sad that I did. money wasted. I bought two. One pink and one silver. Silver/Grey: This product was straight out of the box. He didn't turn on at all. Nothing happens when charging. It will not charge or turn on. Pink/White: This product is included in the package. But it was dirty, full of dirt and scratches like it had been used. Also, the charging LED indicator doesn't work, and the included charger doesn't work either. So I'm not sure if there are fees or not.
