Softness as stated by the manufacturer

I've been trying to buy soft toothbrushes for a while and have noticed that most people say the product is soft, not soft at all. Most of them are hard but marked as soft. I have found that the Reach product matches the label. I do not recommend the Colgate brand because they are not soft. When I spoke to the person at Colgate they told me to use it for a while and it will soften up ----- LOL.
