The screws on the PC I bought were on the opposite side so I couldn't transfer the part from the remote to it. I was attempting to return this item and was advised to contact the UPS store who will process the return. I am disabled and therefore cannot move freely. That's what I think and say to myself. I'll end up stuck with a piece/part I don't need. Not because I didn't like the color or changed my mind, but because the part where I have to put the screws is on the opposite side of the remote control. So this error was in no way my fault. I ask you to send me labels so that I can return this product to your warehouse. See photos above.
