Well I really wanted this mirror, I liked that it seems strong and has 10x magnification on one side. I bought it and charged it using the USB cable that came with it, according to the instructions. The base of the mirror turned green, meaning the light was operational. I pressed the power button and nothing! No light! No matter how hard I tried, I sent this mirror back and ordered an exact replacement. Guess what? The light never worked either! Even after the base changed color from red (not loaded) to green (loaded), the light didn't work. And I could hear the battery rattling in the base as I held it. As if something inside wasn't properly attached. I guess I'll see if Costco has a lighted mirror that actually works.
