Review on 🌊 Coastal White Cotton Queen Blanket by Tommy Bahama by Latasha Hayes

I bought a white and gray TB blanket based on reviews and recommendations from friends. If you have a mattress that is over 14 inches deep, you will need to purchase a size larger due to shrinkage (king-size mattress buyers will need to consider another alternative). My biggest concern was the alarming amount of fibers in my washer and dryer. I found clumps of thread in the washing machine that I had to wipe out (even after the first 3 washes) and then ran a couple of rinses to make sure the washing machine drain line wasn't clogged. My washing machine had an alarming amount of lint filling my lint trap in the dye machine. I washed and dried the comforter 3 times hoping to get rid of stray lint and checked every 15 minutes after the first drying cycle to make sure the filter and vent line were staying intact as clean as possible. I filled a 4 gallon trash can with collected lint! I was so concerned about lint catching fire that after all that I had the dryer vent line cleaned. The duvet still retained its softness and thickness. I just hope that the subsequent wash/dry cycle won't leave so much fluff behind; Otherwise, I can only conclude that this ceiling will eventually be washed away.
