Review on 🚫 Sennheiser HD-201 Lightweight Over Ear Headphones - Discontinued Model by Aneta Szewczyk ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not the best quality, but generally not bad.

I purchased it three years ago because the price was right and I liked the design. In all honesty, I have been using headphones manufactured by this company for the past eight years, ranging from everyday headphones to plugs. Before that, there was a model with an HD 180, and once that model passed away unexpectedly, I purchased this one. When compared to location 180, this location has a significantly lower volume and more muffled sound. ear pads that are not comfy. Even if they do not sit particularly securely on the head and do not appear to put pressure on the ears, the wearer begins to experience headaches and discomfort in both the ears and the head. Even though there was a wire that was three meters long, it was more comfortable when you were at 180. After suffering for three quarters of a year, I finally gave up and purchased an HD 448; they are now collecting dust on the shelf.

Pros
  • Price is attractive, and both jazz and classical music sound well.
Cons
  • With very careful handling, after half a year, the wire in the plug still began to depart, I had to twist it with electrical tape. Wires tend to tangle themselves around the plug, which is the primary issue that arises with all synchs. How many people had previously used headphones made by other manufacturers, where the wires did not fly so quickly? Another strike against them is that they are extremely twisted. Ear pads that are uncomfortable to wear, do not fit securely around the ears, and allow some of the sound to escape into the surrounding environment.
