At first it seemed silly that the wiper assembly didn't move all the way up, but I realized I had to pull it until it clicked. came with so many mop heads. It worked wonderfully for a while. Easy to use, won't leave the floor too wet, easy to clean, strong grip, wide mop head, light weight. However, after about a month of frequent use (missing the return deadline by a week), it is worn out and unusable. Today the plastic part that snaps into the handle is worn out and where the wiper connects and clamps is worn out and no longer usable.
