I like that it allows me to easily manage my entire infrastructure. Also gives great insight into the health of our devices so we can focus more attention towards those with issues. Not much at this time as far as anything specific but overall its been good for us. The support team has also helped resolve issue faster than other providers have in the past! Would definitely look closer if you are looking specifically for features like failover or high availability (HA). We use HAproxy primarily which is not something natively supported by their product directly however they do provide some level of indirect help via third party addons/plugins such as cbqd etc. Our primary application behind haproxy was HTTP load balancing across multiple microservices running containersized applications using docker-compose files. As long as your requirements aren't too complex then it should work well enough without.
