The level support from zero lag is excellent! Their team has taken ownership in ensuring we have what our business needs for all its products - not just one or two offerings as with other providers out there- they really do care about their customers' success overall.- Support staff's dedication & passion towards customer service makes it easy when working directly w/ them over chat / phone calls (I live far away so I rely heavily upon this). If you want someone who will listen intently without losing focus then use these folks at ZLR!! They're great people doing amazing work helping us be successful. So many companies offer "great" webhosting but none actually deliver quality 24x7365 x 10 years like zlr does every day by design. !
