It's easy to use through their website or even from your phone if you have an internet connection. The customer service team are very professional and helpful when it comes to answering technical questions about our accounts! We also like that they can change domain names without having any downtime (which other companies charge for). I would say this has been a great benefit so far as we've only had issues with one provider - but everything worked out well once again thanks to them solving all problems quickly & professionally. Nothing really too bad at the moment which was what i liked most during my research into providers. They offer some excellent features such as free domains.
