A few years ago I finally bought a Canon SLR camera. Tokinaa 11-20 is my first wide angle lens. I think I made a good choice. Just got back from NYC and enjoyed the wide angle shots of the Empire State Building, Grand Central Station, 911 Memorial, etc. inside and out. Heading to Alaska to (hopefully) capture the Northern Lights with this lens. I can not wait. I found the autofocus to work well, although it works a bit differently than my Canon lenses. The faster lens (2.8 f-stops) compensates for the lack of image stabilization, which doesn't really matter much with static subjects.
