Update (September 15, 2021): I was able to contact the seller through Revain's messaging system. The seller was very helpful and communicative in everything - very quick replies! It turned out that the original instructions that came with the box were wrong. The seller sent me an updated manual stating that the linkage arms are telescoping rather than drilled. In fact, the screws simply use tension to hold the link arms together while still allowing for length adjustment since the link arms are telescoping. I managed to build the rack and it works great. If, like me, you were confused that the link arms have no screw holes, contrary to what your manual says, you may have been given the wrong manual as well. Notify the seller and he will send you a new manual in PDF format. Original review: Two parts arrived broken. The link arms were supposed to have screw holes, but I didn't have any screw holes. I can't assemble in any way as this is the very first part of the guide. The manual says to contact support via email, but doesn't specify which email address to use. I hope the sellers see this review and help ship out link arm replacement parts.
