I am buying these for my eight year old daughter who is about 4ft 2" tall and the leggings on this piece are long enough for her to wear. She has a pair of black, gray and pink and loves them. They fit so well that the skirt is long enough that it doesn't just look like a piece of ruffle but a full skirt. It's easy for my daughter to pair this with one of her shirts or sweaters, great for those cold days when she really wants to wear a skirt and already has leggings on which is so handy I don't have to look for separate leggings or Shorts to wear under your skirt. They are thick enough to keep you warm but also thick enough to keep you warm and sweaty. I love this product and I will buy more
