My daughter is tall and thin, she is 9 years old. In most stores it's between 7/8 and 10/12 so we ordered size 9-10 or 140 cm. The dress fitted very well along the skirt and all over the body but the sleeves were a bit short for her. We decided to keep it and wear it slightly elevated to reach 3/4 the length. This is a very cute and comfy material, but if your girl is lanky like mine, the sleeves might be a bit short.
