The best thing about this system is it's ease of use and that you can actually get results without having to talk with someone or going through multiple steps. It does take some time to obtain information but I understand why they do what they are doing since there is so much competition out there today. Do not worry too much because when your status gets changed from "current" to another one, it will usually be updated within an hour or less. This works great if you want to track where your drivers have been and how many miles they've driven each day.
