The customer support was fantastic! They were very helpful when we had some issues but it wasn't as smooth as promised. I haven't used the platform yet so I can't speak about how well it works overall. Do your homework first. Look into other options before committing fully. Have a conversation or meeting with different vendors to get more information and compare. We are seeing what happens when we don't have good planning. It makes our business harder to keep up with. Before, there wasn't anything that would help us stay proactive. The platform is simple and easy to use. It's easy to create tasks, assign them to other team members and track progress. The application is simple and no frills. It's a bit expensive and it's not a very intuitive app. It's a bit hard to use at first. It's a great way to manage tasks and projects. We are using it to plan our projects, track progress and provide a way to communicate with our clients.
