The first photo is brown from Macys.com and the second is black which I got from amazon.com. There are spots where the leather doesn't look like the rest of the pack. The main difference can be seen in the straps. It has an odd cardboard texture that the other doesn't have. i will return it Update: I sent the black back and hoping I didn't have any more quality issues I ordered the brown as it's the same as my fiancé's. Now I can say 100% that these are not the same backpacks and not real ones. The next 4 photos are comparisons to the brown one I just received. Left from Macys.com, right from amazon.com. Leather is cheaper, keys are cheaper, and even the firmware is disabled. I have compared the photos of this listing and in the photos it has lighter stitching and full 'Kenneth Cole Reaction' branding while the one I just received only has 'Kenneth Cole'. I will return this one too. I am so disappointed.
