I bought this item at the end of November 2019 and since then they have been working perfectly until about a week ago one of the four bulbs failed. Noticing this, I contacted the seller at Boxlood, Inc., explained the situation and received a response from Jennifer very quickly. She informed me that these lamps come with "0.2 years warranty [and] if there are any quality problems, we are ready to help you with a refund or a new replacement". I asked for a replacement and Jennifer then informed me that the replacement bulbs would be shipped from Revain and when they would arrive. The replacement lamps were delivered on time as promised. The replacement was a set of two bulbs instead of the set of four originally purchased, but as I only had an issue with one bulb I'm fine with that and I have no doubt that if one of the other bulbs fails Jennifer will do it Do it. quickly resolve the situation with this company's excellent customer service. So if you find yourself in automatic lamps from dusk to dawn, I highly recommend this product!
