Emailed them I'm impressed with the durability of the case. I also like the grip. However, the screen protector was just as flawed as all the other reviewers have pointed out. First I started cutting it off and then it detached from the frame. I thought this would be a big breakthrough and would save me a lot of time. I was wrong. All the glue stayed on the frame. It took my wife and I a few hours to take this off as I didn't want it sticking to my tablet. Also, the stand doesn't hold up. It does not support the tablet and crashes.
