I have a lot of Bluetooth speakers (HOES for Bose) and headphones (Bose for Beats) and use them a lot. When my main bathroom speaker died, which I used to listen to Mike and Mike or NPR when I got ready in the morning, I started looking for a replacement. I read and saw so many positive reviews about this hockey puck sized speaker that I had to buy it. The male! For $20 this is by far the best music speaker I have ever used. You can't get great bass from a speaker this size, but it has more bass than any small $20 speaker. not so good at hearing the spoken word. It's meant to add a deeper sound to the music and works, but muffles the voices. My Phillips "Garnet" speaker doesn't have the smooth sound of the X100, but the boosted highs and mids mean it works better for radio or streaming video to an iPad. X100 without hesitation It's amazing.
