I use these for a night cap while sleeping with a Cpap mask on it keeps the straps from messing up my hairThe cotton ones are best for this but some they sell arenโt all cotton the vendor will supply that information in the description
Pros
- I would like the option of purchasing two black or two gray.

- Generally less durable and less protective than full helmets

I use these for sleeping or to wear as a regular cap. Theyโre good to wear under a hat or just as a regular cap in daily activities.
