Instructions are not included with this kit. Good thing there are three of these in the pack... the first attempt will most likely be rejected as the first will be the one you will learn and practice with. My first attempt was blistered. Nothing is going to help you flatten the film...be careful what you use so you don't scratch the film you're working so hard on. It's a plastic sheet that builds up static electricity and picks up dust, hair, lint, etc. while you're trying to stick it on. So make sure you have a dust-free room when attempting this. My second attempt was more successful, although I still had blisters on the edge, but not too bad. An anti-glare film appears to inherently make your screen look darker and duller. This is not a mistake, just keep this in mind when making a decision.
