First failure suitable for printer and accessories

When I first replaced the cyan cartridge in my Epson R380 the printer did not recognize it, I made several attempts and tried all the suggested fixes but nothing worked, so I decided to return the whole set. The next day I turned on the printer to remove the defective cartridge and to my surprise it worked. I'm keeping the kit but don't know if the rest of the cartridges will have the same issues, when the time comes I will know.
