Uncomfortable, sore armpits in almost any position, you can't wear it too much then it doesn't pull the shoulders back and if you wear it tight it's easy to do painful and uncomfortable. Rubber bands injure and rub the skin, causing irritation at that point. Not very comfortable even over a shirt
