I've been making gluten free breads, muffins etc at home but didn't know the best way to store them overnight. All bread boxes I've seen are metal boxes or wooden boxes with lids or hinged lids and it's impossible to see what's inside. Only it has a transparent lid so you can see what's inside and the bottom is a bamboo cutting board! I can store and slice a piece of bread without having to move the whole loaf or take out a separate cutting board. Love this idea, storage and cutting board in one place. The back is made of stainless steel, with two rows of small ventilation holes to prevent condensation inside, a transparent front window with a frosted strip for visibility and a beautiful bamboo cutting board. Bamboo is the best wood to cut because it is a durable, easy-to-clean wood. Of course, this is a hand washable item and be sure to towel dry it as completely as possible to avoid getting water on the wood or steel, just to be on the safe side. I love it, it's perfect for my needs, thanks for this innovative design and for being different from everyone else!
