Works very well. Easy to install. It's easy to put on the glasses, reach back, grab two small ribs and tighten as you like. The only downside I see is that the "belt" is a pretty stiff wire; Unlike fabric or elastic straps, it does not sag when you take off your glasses, so it is not easy to put the glasses strap in your pocket or bag.
