I think. I have psoriasis and from washing my hands constantly, especially in winter, my hands hurt a lot. I have struggled for years and tried so many different creams and lotions. I don't want to be dependent on steroid creams all the time. I found out about this from a family member and thought, what do I have to lose but $30? After a few days of use I believe. My hands look 3x better and I don't suffer from permanent deep cracks. Everything healed and for the first time in a long time my hands became so soft. The cream is not greasy and doesn't smell, but for me it's even better. I highly recommend this item!
