Well it looks good and the blue color on the space gray MacBook Air is cool and should protect from outside scratches, but that's about it. Its downsides start with being a bit too small (at least on the latest MacBook Air) so the clips don't fully seat on all sections. And the seat clips are very small and fragile, so they can break during removal or the slightest fall. The reinforced corners are also visible in the photos, but they most likely won't protect the corners in a fall. The included keyboard cover is also a bit small; The grooves aren't deep enough, so the cover slides off the edges when typing. Finally, the case doesn't allow the use of flush-mounted USB-C hubs designed for newer Macs. So the bottom line is, if you're looking for a rugged, drop-resistant case, this probably isn't it. And if you're looking for something stylish to protect against scratches, look elsewhere.
