My daughter struggles with hormonal acne and she loves it. It has a pleasant smell, a little lemony, good consistency. Helps a little (maybe peanut size?) It's very gentle on the skin but depending on your skin type you may experience a slight burning sensation after a few uses, if so you may only need to use it once a day or every other day. My daughter has noticed an improvement in old lesions and a decrease in relapses. Also a tip to increase the effect: spread carefully over the entire face and massage in for about a minute (avoid the eye area), leave on for another half minute or half a minute and then rinse off. This allows the salicylic acid (the main active ingredient) to really work its magic.
