But it doesn't run smoothly.
This mascara really lengthens my lashes but it feels hard and dry. Everything didn't go very smoothly. I added saline hoping everything would go smoothly, but it didn't. This allows you to apply more layers without sticking your lashes together. I only give 3 stars because it lengthens my lashes.
