Great pillow! I began to suspect something was wrong when my body woke up in the middle of the night from the pain in my neck on the traditional pillow. I've found that sleeping on the floor (!?) actually helps relieve my symptoms, but it has a major impact on my skull. Since the floor is harder than the mattress, I figured I might need a firmer, smaller pillow. I love it. It helps with neck pain and never gets hot! An unexpected plus for sure! I love that I can pierce my ears when sleeping on my side so I don't crush my earrings. A little noisy but I like it. Sounds like one of those rainsticks meant for relaxing. I definitely took out about 3 cups of peel and found no mold, no bugs, no debris. The hulls smelled faintly of honey! Definitely a great investment in sleep. I'm glad I paid a little more for this hot dog pillow instead of buying a rectangular shape from a cheaper brand.
