I like that you can use it to send documents directly from my computer without having people download them first (which in turn saves time). It's also easy to share links or images with others when using this app. The interface isn't always clear so there are times where things don't show up as they should. Also sometimes the user doesn't have access to everything he/she needs to view certain emails. Make sure you know what kind of storage plan your organization has before downloading anything to make sure you're not overloading yourself with space. We've been able to save lots of time by being able to easily email large attachments straight to our coworkers who then click on the link we provide instead of having to upload the file ourselves.
