It helped me get my dieting under control by providing easy to understand explanations of nutrition so I could make better decisions about what foods were best for myself at any given time! When using this app you can easily track your progress over different periods (weeks/months) with ease as well!! The only con would be if there wasn't another version out right now like they're working towards one day having their own subscription service which will also allow users who don’t have access or internet connection outside home etc..to still use these benefits without being locked into contracts where other apps are just free forever unless cancelled before then end date expires. If someone told them how hard some people struggle when trying not too eat but want something quick & tasty instead sometimes its easier than going through cooking meals from scratch - plus we lose weight along side feeling full after eating our food rather quickly.
