Not Cotton. Plastic
This is not waxed cotton from Africa. Waxed cotton doesn't shine on the inside. This is plastic. More like raincoat material. Inside seams were sharp and scratchy. Fabric was stiff. I was afraid to iron it, it might melt. I am so disappointed because it is really nice pattern.
