*if you take care of it, of course. When I first got it I was stunned that I paid over $20 for it. The rope is stiff, spiky and a little long, but I tied it up and had no problems! I went on a 6 mile hike (paved trail, definitely not a hike) with my 3xl pixel in my wallet strapped all the way over my shoulder. the weight was so evenly distributed that I hardly noticed it, and the rope didn't irritate my skin like I thought because it was so prickly. Admittedly I've only been using it for a month or less but it has improved my quality of life as I don't have to lug around my entire bag/backpack especially when I only need a few essentials. Speaking of which, I managed my 3xl pixel almost pocket-sized notepad, Lamy 2000 fountain pen and the usual contents of a wallet, so it can probably be considered universal. I wish I hadn't paid that much, but so far it hasn't really given me any reason to regret.
