This toner is more hydrating than others, but still not much different
If I hadn't read the name Revain I wouldn't have known what it was. Nowhere on the packaging does it say it's a tonic. I applied it to my face and neck with a cotton pad. It takes me a lot of swipes to push the product through the opening in the vial. The toner feels less astringent and a little more moisturizing than usual, but nothing special for me. The current price of $30.99 is a competitive price for this 2.84 ounce liquid bottle.
