What's good: -Volume -Range -Battery life -Can announce who's calling -Has all the usual features (paging, caller ID, phone book, etc.) Which is fine : - Sound quality (good, but not what I would call great) What's bad: -Headphone jack I use a headset on my phones because I usually work on the computer during conference calls. While I didn't choose phones/handsets just because of the headphone jack, that's ultimately the most important feature for me. Last year I switched 3 phones due to a headphone jack failure. They always work well at first, but eventually all you can hear through the headphones is a loud whistle in the tunnel and no one on the other end can hear you. I never stressed the jack. I usually put my headphones in when I pick up the phone and just leave them there so I don't have to constantly push and pull them. But despite being gentle with it, the last one I bought broke within 2 months. If you use it as a phone I think this device is fine. As I said, the sound quality isn't the best, but I don't have any hearing problems. However, if you plan on using a headset with it, I'd recommend considering a different product.
