Very strong as a stool but still light enough for a 4 year old (and possibly a younger child) to carry around easily. Works great as a high chair as long as baby doesn't lean back too much. This will knock him back, although he's not far from falling. I haven't tried it as a "ladder" although it seems to work. Inverted it works well as a low seat too. Looks exactly like the picture. The edges are smooth and do not scratch the parquet. It comes pre-assembled, which is a great alternative to cheap furniture. Overall very satisfied for the price.
