INITIAL RATING: Print quality is good. However, the second cartridge I just used only printed about 800 pages (no graphics, only 10pt) before running out of toner. The print performance was around 12% of the manufacturer's description. CONTINUED: Excellent Customer Service. After I posted my first review, the company was very responsive to the issue. V4INK contacted me via email and offered to replace the defective cartridge and provide me with an additional cartridge free of charge. I received replacement cartridges within two days.
