Can be rolled up after washing

Maybe it's me or I just got a bad batch. I am not sure. I ordered one of these blankets for my daughter and I love it. Exactly what I was looking for. It's very soft and the perfect size for her to carry around and tuck into. So I ordered the 2nd for kindergarten. Washed before use, rolled a lot. So now it's not that soft anymore. I thought maybe I just got a bad one so I ordered a new one and it did the same thing after washing. upset. I threw away two new ones, but the first one stayed. I ended up buying her different blankets.
