Do not buy this garland. In the picture it looks nice and fluffy, but in reality it isn't. It is rigid as seen in the photos, so wide that it cannot be placed on the window. The material is like paper that peels off a lot. The only nice thing is the headlights. I absolutely hated this garland and don't need it. When I bought this item around Christmas, it was only $20, very cheap, even more than other garlands on the website, but it's better to pay more for a better product. Now they've raised the price to $39.00 - no way. I have requested a full refund on this order. If you want to buy it and go through this process, it's up to you.; It took a month to solve this problem.
