This was my first time using a wooden comb. The wood itself protects against static electricity well, and the quality of the wood is impressive; However, the comb between the teeth is not too thin and the useful length of the comb is so short due to the already short length and somewhat awkward handle that this product is not as functional as I had hoped. It's also worth noting that after only two days, the screw connecting the comb and handle became loose and extremely difficult to tighten. I seriously doubt I would buy this product again. I haven't been able to fix this issue solely due to the screw choice, which seems to have been more about looks and style than adjustable ability. If I could remove the screw and just use a comb I think that would be great for a beard so I'm willing to give it an extra star as it will come in handy once I have time to sit down and to take it apart .
