EDIT - June 5th: I was recently contacted by someone from the company and they were more than professional in helping the situation to a happy ending. In this auspicious time where everything is clicking the keyboard with automated websites and deliveries, it was nice to know that there really is a person on the other side who cares about their products and their customers. Great company I will happily give my business back to. PROS: + Nice shabby look. + Comfortable fit as expected. Aside from the tattered appearance, it has a very "worn" look that usually lasts 3-4 weeks after regular wear. + Compliments from friends and strangers about the hat. CONS: - Bay patch is not sewn on. Does it look like an iron? It's half since I received it today. *** The company solved this problem for me very quickly. CONCLUSION: Every company has an unsatisfactory product now and then. I will not rate this company on a single product but on how they went about their efforts to resolve the situation in a professional and timely manner.
