I have two boys aged 5 and 7. I got these multicolored socks with gray and black because of the teal tone. Unfortunately these socks are a little more girly pastel shade than the screen shots - that's the whole reason for my 4 star rating instead of 5. They are very soft and not very thick - ideal for summer as they are light and feet do not sweat. My kids aren't of the age to be picky about colors and don't seem to realize they're wearing "girl socks" but I feel they should be advertised as women's socks and not embarrassed.
