stopped working: my feedback
Liked it so much that I ordered a second unit.The first unit stopped working at about the same time the second unit arrived. Could hear the infared clicking but the motor to pump the soap wasn't running.The second unit sounded like it was working, but it never pumped soap. The soap was clear.The company responded immediately to my request for refund. But, they wanted me to recreate the problems, run some experiments and send them the vidoes. Decided not to do that. I have no production company :)Responded to the company thusly, and have not heard back Will update if that changes.
- So far so good. Have had it a week and no problems.
