I rarely give reviews on products but this shirt has made an immediate difference in my posture and overall appearance which was what I was hoping it did. The compression helps to tighten my abdominal muscles and push my diaphram back where it should be so my planking and breathing exercises are more effective. What I didn't expect was for the compression to reduce my lower back pain. I was in a car accident a year ago and while nothing gets rid of the pains in my back the compression from the girdle part of the garment has helped a great deal in reducing some of the pain to the point where I can go to the gym and work out again.
