Update: I'm not the type to return an item or call the company to complain. My initial review below was not worrying, just sharing my experience. I received a response from a representative of this company who was more than willing to replace the device. I didn't even ask about it. She apologized and I must say I was pleased. The company strives to provide excellent customer service. Thank you Kayla I bought this for my 2019 HD Road Glide. Installed, spent about an hour trying to connect correctly. It worked fine for 2 days and now nothing. I checked the fuse, all the wires are fine, there is no damage and no melting of the wires. I have to believe it's in the control box. Tired of connecting directly to the battery and still nothing. It may just be a defective device, but that's my experience.
