I like that it's simple, easy to use. The fact that you can integrate with other platforms is a huge plus. It would be nice if they had some sort of "social media manager" feature where one could create posts for different networks. That way we wouldn't have to remember all of our social network profiles. I also don't love that sometimes it takes awhile to get approved on the social networks. Sometimes it takes weeks before it actually goes through. If you are looking for something relatively low cost but still offers a lot of features then socialeads might be worth checking out. We've been able to start automating many of our social media activities.
