Super shiny on my review.

These are cute dress up shoes. The silver ones also come with little blue rhinestones on them as well. They have a small heel, suitable for kids but I wouldn't let my child wear them everyday. They're special occasion shoes for sure

These shoes are very pretty and solid. The rhinestones seem well attached and are very sparkly. They have a tiny heel with rhinestones on it too. They strap is velcro and holds well. My daughter loves these.
