Big flicker problems

My experience is that the light flickers a lot. I thought maybe I just got a bad one so I returned it but the replacement had the same issue. Sometimes it flickered right after turning it on, sometimes it lasted 15-30 seconds. The flickering stopped sometimes, but always came back. It puts out a very bright light but the flickering was too annoying to be a viable product for me.
